RETURNS

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The return must be received by Lucca & Co. Apparel within 15 days of the confirmed delivery date.

The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee per package.

We do not accept returns based on "Change of Mind"

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned item, Lucca & Co. Apparel will issue a refund for the value of the item, minus a 25% restocking fee. Lucca & Co. Apparel will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Lucca & Co. Apparel. In a case of a missing package, we will offer a refund or send out a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office/ UPS and resolve the issue. 

EXCHANGES/RETURNS

To return/exchange an item, print out your email invoice and mail that along with your item back to us at 902 KITTY HAWK RD. SUITE# 170494, UNIVERSAL CITY, TX, United States. 

You will then receive a E-Gift Card for the value of your exchanges item, minus a 25% restocking fee which you can use to purchase the new item you would like.

Once we receive customer returned merchandise, we will immediately take care of corrections that need to be made.  We will review your invoice and corrections you have given and will correct any errors made on our behalf.

SHIPPING:

We understand you are excited to receive your items soon. We will always do our best to get your items to you in a timely matter. Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for shipping as we may encounter delays due to supply shortages. We will always keep you posted if we encounter those issues.

Due to variation in monitor settings, Lucca & Co. Apparel makes no guarantees regarding color matches of product. 

Note that like-named colors used by various apparel manufacturers/brands/styles (i.e. Sand, Light Sand, Tan, Stone etc.) are not necessarily an exact shade match to each other or to any of the Lucca & Co. Apparel thread guide options.

Fabric colors represented on computer monitors may vary due to variations in computer screens, resolution, color, tone or any other display settings.
